European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jutta Urpilainen, Set for Historic Visit to Cambodia

Phnom Penh, March 11, 2024: The European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jutta Urpilainen, is poised to make a significant diplomatic stride with her upcoming visit to Cambodia on March 12th and 13th, 2024.
